Description
The Dunn Medical Office Building design-bid-build project consisted of completion of a single-story facility with five (5) individual medical tenants. The building is a 19,850 square feet steel structure, with EIFS & CMU exterior, constructed on 5 acres of land. Other aspects of the project included: retention pond, remote Oxygen storage facility, parking, and landscaping.
