Pete Osborne
Chief Executive Officer

Pete is a co-founder of the company and a graduate of UNC – Chapel Hill with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Industrial Relations.

In addition to his construction experience, Pete's background includes real estate  development. He has served on numerous civic boards as well as a term on the North Carolina State Rules Commission.
Robert "Zizzy" Osborne
Chief Operating Officer  

Zizzy is a co-founder of Osborne Company, formed in 1981. He is a graduate of Appalachian State University with a Master's of Science in Biology. Since Osborne Company started as a single person crew, Zizzy has actually performed many of the field tasks, as well as operated all of the equipment.

He is "hands on" and remains actively involved in the day to day operation. Zizzy holds a general contractor license in numerous states.
Michael Moore

Michael began his construction career in 1980, and he joined Osborne Company in 1992 as a Designer / Estimator. Because of his strong desire to become an architect, Michael left Osborne Company in 1996, and achieved his Registered Architect status in 2001.

Michael rejoined the Osborne team in 2007 as Vice President of Pre-Construction Services and was promoted to President of Osborne Company in July 2017. Michael is also a licensed general contractor in the state of Georgia.

Nancy Edward
Vice President of Finance

After receiving her Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Elon University, Nancy spent several years in public accounting.

She joined Osborne Company in 1986 and currently oversees both the financial and information technology systems of the company.

Ted Johnson
Senior Federal Projects Manager / Safety Director

Ted began his construction career in 1969 while still in high school. He later received his Bachelors of Science in Industrial Technology from Western Carolina University. Upon graduation, he continued his construction career with a large, international construction firm.

Ted joined Osborne Company in 1990 and has continually served a dual capacity as both Project Manager and Safety Director. Ted is also an authorized OSHA trainer and is MESH certified.

Charles T. Murphy
Senior Project Manager

Charlie's career began in 1976 as a Facilities Engineer for Rockwall International. He received his Bachelors of Science in Architecture from the University of Southern California and in 1982 his MBA from Pepperdine University.

Realizing soon after graduating his calling was in construction, Charlie began his construction career in 1982. Charlie joined Osborne Company in 2009. Charlie is LEED certified.

Mike Berrier
Project Manager

Mike began his construction career as a high school student working part-time on residential construction. Later, while still living in New Jersey, Mike joined the carpenters' union apprenticeship program. He moved to North Carolina in 1992 and immediately began working for the Osborne Company.

Mike has held numerous positions within Osborne Company including Carpenter, Carpenter Foreman, Superintendent, and Project Manager.

Joe Petree

Joe began his construction career in 1989 working with a local residential framing crew. He continued to work in construction where he earned his position as a Project Superintendent. Joe joined Osborne Company in 2007 and worked as a Superintendent.

He left briefly to pursue a career in construction estimating. He rejoined Osborne Company in 2013 as an Estimator within the Pre-Construction Services Department.

Robert Osborne
Operations Manager

Robert began his construction career while still in high school working for Osborne Company as a laborer.

After graduating from Lees McRae College with a Bachelors of Science in Wildlife Biology, he joined Osborne Company full time in 2011.

Angie Pendleton
Human Resource Manager /
Safety Coordinator

Angie's career in Human Resources began in 1997. She joined Osborne Company in 2000.

Angie has earned her PHR (Professional in Human Resources), and is an authorized OSHA trainer.
LuAnne Crowder
Account Receivable /
Administrative Assistant

LuAnne began her career in Southern California as an estimator / admin assistant for Hughes Aircraft Company.

She joined the Osborne Company administrative staff in 1995.

Brona Hylton
Accounts Payable

Brona's career in accounting began in 1976. Brona joined the Osborne Company administrative staff in 2004.
