Our History
The Osborne Company of North Carolina, Inc. was founded in 1981 by brothers Robert (Zizzy) and Pete Osborne. In 1991, The Osborne Company acquired John Smith & Sons, Inc., a family owned business established in the early 1900s. This association helped bolster the strong, vital company that The Osborne Company is today.
Through the years, our founding principles of integrity, excellence, and value have remained the same. Our mission to uphold those principles continue to contribute to the success of The Osborne Company today, resulting in a multimillion dollar, multi-state business entity rooted in experience and tradition.
