Description
Two story medical office building shell, approximately 25,514SF on a 2.63 acre site. The building construction is structural steel with metal stud exterior walls, TPO roof with a masonry veneer and EFIS exterior finish.
Soon after the shell construction began, Dosher Memorial Hospital awarded Osborne Company the first floor upfit. The upfit consists of a family physician’s practice, x-ray room, and cardiac rehab facility; including an indoor track and fitness area. The facility is prepped for a mobile MRI unit as well. The second floor remains as a shell at this time.
