We are so proud of our employees!  Osborne Company employees have worked 1,000,000 Hours without a lost time accident!  That is a major accomplishment in the construction industry! Osborne Company employees celebrated with a meal and awards.

Construction is underway on Phase 2 of SGRTex's Spinning facility located in Eden, NC.

Osborne Company is excited to announce that construction is underway on a new Southern States store located in Conover, NC.  In addition to the new construction, renovations have begun on facilities in Mooresville, NC and Dallas, NC.

Osborne Company is excited to announce the completion of the new offices and terminal facility located in Eden, NC for Carolina Freightways, Inc. The facility is 2-stories and approximately 10,000 square feet.

Osborne Company is excited to announce the completion of the new Southern States retail store in Rock Hill, SC.  The store is approximately 20,000 square feet.
