Description
Design-build project consisted of whole building renovation of an existing 9,800 SF 3-story administration building. The renovations included selective demolition, hazard materials abatement, sitework, reroofing, window replacement, interior architectural, fire protection, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical renovations. The project was required to meet ATFP guidelines.
