Osborne Company was selected as the Design-Build Contractor for a new warehouse and office addition at Kurz Transfer Products in Lexington, NC.

Osborne Company was selected as the Design-Build Contractor for a new Christian Life Center for Trinity United Methodist Church in Myrtle Beach, SC.  Construction is set to begin Spring 2019.

Osborne Company has been awarded two KFC remodels in Lexington, NC.  Work should begin late October 2018.

Osborne Company is constructing a new 18,000 Sf Sanctuary and Class Room building for Mt. Carmel United Methodist Church located in Ruffin, NC.  The building is a replacement for the old sanctuary building that was destroyed by fire in 2015.  The Project is highlighted by 45’ high wood Glu-Lam arches, exposed wood decking over the Sanctuary and masonry bearing walls.  Osborne started the Project in June of 2017 and is scheduled for completion in mid-April of 2018.
