Description
Design-build project consisted of construction of a new one story, 114,000 SF, Military Training Support Center. The facility included warehousing of training aides, classrooms, training simulators and administrative support areas. Project was modeled using Bentley BIM software and designed to meet LEED requirements for NC 2.2 Silver Level. At completion the project was certified LEED Gold. The project was required to meet ATFP guidelines.
