Work is underway on a 8,000 sq ft commercial renovation for NAPA Auto Parts.  The renovation is expected to be completed in early March.

Construction is underway on New Hanover Regional Medical Center located in Jacksonville, NC.  The project consist of a 2 story, 50,000 sq ft medical office building shell.  The first floor upfit is currently in the design stage and the second floor will be for future expansion.  Construction is estimated to be completed in the fall of 2016.

Construction is underway on Dosher Wellness Center located in St. James, NC.  The project consists of a 2 story, 26,000 sq ft medical office building.  The first floor will include exam rooms, x-ray area, procedure area, nurse stations, cardiac rehab, elevator and clinical office space.  The second floor will be for future expansion.  Construction is estimated to be completed in July 2016.

Osborne Company completed a 28,000 sq ft renovation for Southern States in November 2015.  The renovation consisted of a new sales area, warehouse and office area.
