Osborne Company is excited to announce that Michael Moore has been promoted to President effective July 2017.  Michael is a Registered Architect and rejoined Osborne Company in 2007 as the Vice President of Pre-Construction Services. 

Osborne Company is in the pre-construction phase of beginning a new Veterinary Hospital in Wentworth, NC. Construction is scheduled to start in September 2017 scheduled for completion in January 2018. The new building will consist of Exam Rooms, Treatment Rooms, X-Ray Room Surgery Room, Dog Ward, Cat Ward, Grooming & Boarding Area. This new facility will be locally owned and operated. 

Osborne Company is currently in the process of renovating and upgrading the existing KFC restaurant in Eden, NC.  Renovations consist of a complete upgrade to the interior dining room and exterior of this existing facility.  A new paint scheme and new decor package will be part of the renovations.  Construction began in late July 2017 and is scheduled to be complete sometime in early September 2017.

Work is underway on a 15,000 sq ft office renovation.  Work is scheduled to be complete by mid March.
